About me

I'm Rosie, an illustrator from Suffolk, UK, creating under the artist name Rosie and Cheech—named after me and my mischievous cat.

I work primarily with coloured pencils, using bright colours to create cartoonish illustrations that full of playfulness and storytelling. My artwork has often been described as whimsical and like something from a children's picture book.

Much of my work centres around a cast of original characters I created; Rosie, Cheech, Marshmallow, and Mushimu. They live in a very colourful world of adventures where proportions don't always make sense, and the ordinary is transformed into something fun.

Alongside my original artwork, I also create bespoke commissions of family portraits and hobby/lifestyle themes. I enjoy creating artwork that feels personal, meaningful, and full of character.

I also sell reprints of my illustrations at craft and art fairs, where I love meeting people face to face and sharing the stories behind each piece.
